The focus of the Construction Services Section (CSS) is to ensure that state building and related facilities are constructed in accordance with approved design and contract documents, in compliance with applicable codes and regulations, and to the highest quality standards. The CSS headquarters is located in Sacramento but area offices are strategically located throughout the State.
The Construction Services Section offers the following services:
- Quality assurance inspection and testing
- Code inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Construction management services
- After-contract guarantee enforcement
- After-contract dispute resolution
