Forms can be filled out,  and designed, on paper, or by electronic media.  Contact the FMC for information about electronic forms design, filler software, and appropriate hardware.

Proposed changes to paper and electronic forms should be reviewed for legal impact. Procedures for this review and approval are the responsibility of the agency DFC.  It is good business practice for the DFC to be involved in this review.
