Parcel delivery service is available to all points within the State and most of the world under DGS Master Services Agreements.  For details see www.pd.dgs.ca.gov/traffic/WSCA.  Package size and weight are limited and limitations vary between parcel companies.  

Exception.  Do not use parcel company service for deliveries between State offices within the Sacramento area.  Use Interagency Messenger Service.
