Public Safety agencies may request delegated project approval authority for microwave services that are used exclusively for traffic signal and signing control, traffic metering, or roadway surveillance.  Delegations shall be granted on an annual basis on a well-defined operational need.  Delegation parameters and procedures for filing delegation requests are found in the PSCSG.
