Chapter 4800 - Office of the State Chief Information Officer

Note: As of January 1, 2008, the Department of Finance transferred the content of the Information Security SAM Sections 4840 – 4845 to the State and Consumer Services Agency, Office of Information Security and Privacy Protection (Office).  The Office has restructured and renumbered the content and moved it to SAM Sections 5300 – 5399.  See the Office's Government Online Responsible Information Management (GO RIM) Web site at http://www.infosecurity.ca.gov/ for statewide authority, standards, guidance, forms, and tools for information security activities.
