8023.1 ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS

State agencies accepting credit card payments must provide a notice of the credit card payment option to all payers. The notice will be included on or accompany the billing statement and provide:
- Space on the payment form for the payer to provide a credit card number, expiration date, and signature, or
- Complete instructions describing the procedures the payer must follow in order to pay by credit card.
