8471.64     RETURNING UNUSED BALANCE OF ADVANCES

The State Controller's Office, Division of Accounting, will return any unused balances of advances after the close of each fiscal year when all bills for that fiscal year have been paid.
A copy of the Controller's Transfer for any amounts being returned will be sent to both the agency and to the Accounting Office of the Department of General Services.
